"); document.write("Moronic, ignorant \"review\". Nils van der Linden is a bitter, clueless IDIOT. Thankfully REAL intelligent reviewers know that this is an excellent album and that Madonna still reigns supreme. This album has been critically acclaimed. What a ridiculous and embrassing review this is. Do your research before writing about things you clearly know little about and are not able to analyze intelligently. This NOTHING van der Linden needs to stick to writing captions in children's coloring books.. Michelle Hawkins"); document.write("
Tired
"); document.write("I must say, I agree, there's a time where singers should just cut their losses. It happened to Cher (thank God she heeded), Madonna has definitely passed her prime (2 albums ago) and now Seal's on his way out too. Pity they don't go when they should..... Agreed"); document.write("
Just an opinion
"); document.write("Michelle, a review is just a reviewer's opinion and you don't HAVE to agree with it. Insulting a reviewer just because you don't agree with him/her is quite pointless and unnecessary. Instead, we as readers should find out whether a particular reviewer's taste is the same as ours by trial-and-error and then you'll know whether you'll like an album/movie or not after reading a review. For example, if a certain reviewer says a movie is ####, then I know I'll enjoy it, just because I know our tastes are opposite. It doesn't make the reviewer a bad reviewer - just someone with a different opinion.

To come back to Madge, personally I've only ever liked 'Ray of Light'. The rest was just... well, drivel. In my opinion, that is. You don't have to agree with me :). GG"); document.write("
Nils van der Linden's review of Madge's latest offering
"); document.write("Personally, I find Nils van der Linden's work to be well researched and carefully considered. There have been occasions when I desperately wanted him to like something that I liked myself, and was disappointed to find that his opinion differed. But whenever that has happened, I've found his comments to be articulate and insightful, and have offered me food for thought. Sometimes to the point where I actually have to... #gasp#... AGREE with his estimation of the quality of a trashy thing that I just... well... LIKE. It's okay to like trashy stuff (like Madonna!), but liking it doesn't necessarily mean it's any GOOD..
