Lindsay Lohan admits she feels "grateful" for her freedom.
The Liz & Dick star - whose probation was revoked earlier this month after she allegedly lied about driving her Porsche during a car crash in June - says she feels blessed to be able to spend time with her loved ones and is hoping 2013 brings good things her way amid reports she is facing a possible eight months in jail.
The 26-year-old actress wrote on her Twitter page today (31 December): "i feel very blessed to be able to spend time w/ my mom, family&very wonderful friends. Very grateful.. May only good things come this year. (sic)"
Lindsay is set to ring in the New Year in London tonight, where she is said to be planning a low key dinner with friends and an early night.
The actress - who is rumoured to have signed up to star on Celebrity Big Brother for two weeks before her next court appearance on 15 January - has been spotted shopping up a storm in high end department store Harrods in the city while carrying a Hermes Birkin bag despite struggling to pay her bills.
She also dined at celebrity eatery Cipriani and is staying at the luxurious Dorchester hotel.
Lindsay was recently said to have admitted to her friends that she had hit rock bottom and needed professional help but claimed she didn't have the money to hire a psychiatrist as she is currently in debt.
The actress was given $100 000 from her friend Charlie Sheen to help cover her enormous tax bill.
