Holly Madison is pregnant.
The reality TV star - who appeared on Girls of the Playboy Mansion as Hugh Hefner's "number one" girlfriend – is expecting a baby with her party promoter boyfriend Pasquale Rotella, and the first-time mom revealed that the pair couldn't be happier.
Madison – who has been dating Rotella for around nine months – told Us Weekly that she was 12 weeks pregnant.
She revealed to the gossip magazine: "I've always wanted to be a mom. But I thought it would take longer!"
So far, the 32-year-old blonde beauty has had an easy pregnancy with only a little nausea – but is still taking precautions to ensure that it doesn't affect her role in Vegas burlesque production Peepshow.
She added: "I've been lucky! No morning sickness, but I do get a little nauseous. It happens before my show, so I keep ginger ale backstage."
In June, Madison decided against renewing her Peepshow contract, indicating that she was instead keen to start a family with Rotella.
She said: "I've wanted kids and that's something I'm definitely doing as soon as possible.
"Definitely being with the right guy has a lot to do with it. My relationship is awesome. I'm happier than I've ever been in my personal life."
One of the main reasons cited for Madison's 2008 split from Hefner was his reluctance to marry and start a family with her.
