Kim Kardashian reportedly demanded that Kris Humphries not ruin her photo opportunities during their 72-day marriage.

According to basketball star Humphries – who has since claimed that their marriage was a fraud designed to boost ratings of Keeping Up With the Kardashians – the petite reality star would often push her 2.06m-tall husband out of the frame when pictures were being taken so that she would receive the maximum amount of attention.

A source told website Radar Online: "Kris plans on testifying at the upcoming divorce trial that Kim would often tell him to get out of the shot when photographers would descend upon them.

"Kim would complain that because of Kris's height, he was blocking the photographers' clear shot of her. Kim would get very upset if he didn't move quickly enough."

The insider continued: "The reason for doing this — so that the press could get an unobstructed view of Kim's outfit. Kim would pore over what the press was writing about her, and she would become upset if her picture didn't look good."

The former couple got married in a two-part television spectacular in August last year before Kardashian filed for divorce in October, and their divorce has been dragged out for months.

According to Radar Online, Humphries is now being advised to settle with Kardashian out of court and "move on".

A source told the gossip site: "Kris is now being advised to settle with Kim and move on. Proving that the marriage was fraudulent, and he got duped into it will be a very, very hard argument to win at trial. Kris is still hell bent on going to trial. He wants to publicly humiliate Kim as much as possible."
