Kris Humphries has reportedly been quietly dating another woman since January.

Kim Kardashian's estranged husband has reportedly been seeing 25-year-old Fatmire "Myla" Sinanaj since meeting her at a well-known New York hotel earlier this year.

According to TMZ.com, Humphries said he has never met Sinanaj, but photos are said to clearly show Sinanaj sitting courtside at a few of Humphries' basketball games. The site also reports that Humphries flew her from New York to Miami over the weekend to spend some time with him.

Humphries (27) and Kardashian (30) split in October last year after a mere 72 days of marriage, with Humphries claiming that he felt "blind-sided" by the divorce and was said to be devastated.

Their divorce proceeding seems to finally be gaining momentum, and their deposition is scheduled to take place later this month in the US.

A source said: "Kim's deposition will take place at her lawyer Laura Wasser's office at the end of June and Kris' attorney Lee Hutton will do the majority of the questioning. The deposition is scheduled to last for an entire day.

"Kris' deposition will take place in Minnesota towards the end of June also and Kim's attorney will have to fly from California for that.

"Kris lives in Minnesota during the off season and this is where his attorney is based. His deposition is also scheduled to take a full business day."
