Actress Tori Spelling and her husband Dean McDermott have welcomed a second child, the former 'Beverly Hills 90210' star's spokesperson confirmed on Tuesday.

Stella Doreen McDermott was born on Monday afternoon in Los Angeles, Spelling's representative said in an email to AFP.

Spelling (35) and McDermott (41) already have a one-year-old son.

Spelling is the daughter of legendary late American television producer Aaron Spelling, the creator of hit shows such as 'Beverly Hills 90210' and 'Charlie's Angels'.

She married McDermott in a private ceremony in Fiji in 2006, and earlier this year revealed her delight at expecting a daughter.

"I've always wanted a little girl since I'm such a girly girly," Spelling told People. "I immediately started crying. I couldn't believe it. I have my beautiful little boy and now I'll have my little girl! It's amazing."
