Casino drama '21' snared the top spot at North American theaters for a second consecutive week, reaping $15.1-million, according to industry tallies on Sunday.

Directed by Robert Luketic and starring Kevin Spacey, Kate Bosworth and Laurence Fishburne, the movie is a fictionalized retelling of the true story of a group of brainy college students who devise a scheme to beat Las Vegas' blackjack tables.

In a second place was the debut of 'Leatherheads', George Clooney's latest directorial effort, in which he plays an aging pro football player during the 1920's.

The screwball comedy, which also stars fellow Oscar-winner Renee Zellweger, raked in $13.5-million, according to the Exhibitor Relations industry tracker.

In third place was the fantasy film 'Nim's Island', with Jodie Foster and Abigail Breslin, which netted $13.3-million.

'Horton Hears a Who' an animated retelling of the Dr. Seuss classic children's tale continued its strong run to claim fourth place with $9.1-million. In fifth place was a new film, 'The Ruins' with $7.8-million.

Spoof film 'Superhero Movie' reaped $5.4-million in receipts, followed by the love-and-family drama 'Tyler Perry's Meet the Browns', with $3.5-million.

In eighth place was 'Drillbit Taylor' starring comedian Owen Wilson, which also netted $3.5-million, about three kids who hire a bodyguard to protect them from a playground bully.

Rounding out the top ten films were 'Shutter', a remake of a Thai horror film about a hit-and-run ghost haunting her killer with $2.9-million in receipts, and the special effects-laden Stone Age epic '10 000 BC', — about a young mammoth hunter's quest to preserve his tribe's way of life — which claimed tenth place with $2.8-million.
