Victoria Beckham has had a third boob job.

The former Posh Spice reportedly had her bust size reduced from 34DD to 34B when plastic surgeons removed her breast implants.

The procedure is supposedly part of the Spice Girl's makeover from soccer WAG to fashion designer.

"Victoria has wanted her implants taken out for a while," a source told The Sun tabloid.

"She felt that was part of her old image — the big hair, big boobs, fake tan — and that she has moved on since those days."

It's believed the 35-year-old wife of football star David Beckham originally had her breasts enlarged 10 years ago from 34A to 34D. In 2001 she reportedly had a further enlargement to 34DD, although Beckham's never publicly acknowledged the procedures.

Beckham is believed to be recuperating from her most recent surgery on the French Riviera.

"She had the operation three weeks ago and is very pleased with the results. After the procedure she came to London for business then went to France to heal properly in private."

Following her recuperation she and her three sons will return to their Los Angeles home while David is in Italy playing for AC Milan.
