"It was all me, never even thought of using a double," Weisz said in an interview, Female First reports.
"Although I was thinking about baby fat - but I think most of it had gone by the time I went before the cameras."
Weisz gave birth to a son, Henry, before filming took place.
In 'Agora', A love triangle between Hypatia, the slave and a student forms, although Weisz says the triangle was not sexual.
In a Female First article, she explained: "As far as we know she famously never had sex, she died a virgin. But I thought she'd get at least one kiss."
