Actress Jennifer Aniston has reportedly made up with her mother. The pair were at loggerheads for almost a decade.

The problem started when Aniston's mother Nancy Dow published a book about their relationship in 1999.

Aniston was furious about the revelations made in the book.

Aniston revealed last year on the Oprah Show that she made the first step towards reconciliation with her mom after her divorce from Brad Pitt.

"It's good, it's okay. Things are now fine between us. All that is over we're in touch with one another," she has now told the New York Post.

Career wise, Aniston and Holly Hunter are expected to be honoured for expanding the women role in entertainment.

The pair will receive title honours at the Crystal + Lucy ceremony later this year. The first pioneers were Salma Hayek and Renee Zellweger, who were the winners of 2007 and 2008 respectively.
