It looks like Farrah Fawcett's is fighting a loosing battle with cancer. This comes after her 91-year-old father paid an emergency visit to her dying daughter.

It is believed that she is in her last days and that there's no hope of recovery for the former 'Charles Angels' star.

Fawcett is not alone in this battle, her long-term partner Ryan O'Neal is with her all the way. He has revealed that he has no clue of how he's going to face the world without her.

O'Neal revealed: "She stays in bed now. The doctors see that she's comfortable. Farrah is on IV's but some of that is for nourishment. The treatment has pretty much ended."

O'Neal spoke about Fawcett's loss of hair: "Her famous hair is gone. I have it at home. She didn't care. I rub her head. It's kind of fun, actually, this great, tiny little head. How she carried all that hair I'll never know."

The actress was initially diagnosed with cancer in 2006.

The doctors who were treating her believed that they had defeated it but the illness returned in May 2007.
