Maggie Gyllenhaal and Peter Sarsgaard have tied the knot after seven years together.
The couple, who have been dating since 2002 and were engaged four years later, were married in an intimate ceremony held in Italy and attended by friends and family.
"Maggie looked stunning and couldn't stop smiling as she came down the aisle," a source claimed of the wedding held on Saturday.
"She and Peter seemeed so in love as they said their vows. It was a beautiful ceremony."
Guests included the 'Dark Knight' actress' brother Jake Gyllenhaal and his partner Reese Witherspoon at the ceremony in a Brindisi chapel.
Last week it had been reported that the pair, who have a two-year-old daughter Ramona, would marry in an unspecified European city during the second week of May.
But when 'Brokeback Mountain' star Jake was seen leaving Los Angeles' LAX airport last week for Italy, reporters speculated that he would be attending an earlier wedding ceremony.
