Gerard Butler says he is "in heaven" working with Jennifer Aniston — further fuelling romance rumours. The Scottish actor, who has been repeatedly linked to his 'The Bounty' co-star, has formed a close bond with the former 'Friends' beauty since meeting on the set of their new movie.

The 39-year-old hunk explained: "She is one classy lady. Everyday I go to work with her I'm always surprised about how cool, easy and down to earth and real she is.

"I'm in New York right now filming and I'm in heaven. I can't always say that about movies, but to be filming this romantic comedy with Jennifer and a story that made my side split when I read it — I'm lucky. I'm happy as a pig in s**t, as they say."

Although Gerard is full of praise for 40-year-old Jennifer, he insists their relationship is still professional. He added: "People say I'm always dating so and so, and sometimes it's three people in one day. That is just annoying. I'm trying to make movies, work hard and do my best. Then this kind of thing happens and people start to associate me more with that. It gets ridiculous."

It has been claimed Gerard and Jennifer are cosying up on the set of 'The Bounty' and have been spending all their time together in between scenes. A source said: "There's definite chemistry between Jennifer and Gerard. They seem to be spending a lot of time together, even when they are not working."

However, Jennifer's friends insist she isn't romantically interested in Gerard and is still smitten with her 'He's Just Not That Into You' co-star Bradley Cooper.

One pal told People magazine: "They get along really well, but Jennifer only likes him as a friend. She can't see herself dating him."
