Michael Jackson is set for a £150-million comeback rumoured for July.

The pop legend who is battling an antibiotic-resistant infection, a MRSA-type bug, is attempting to revive his damaged career.

Jacko (50), is said to be in “advanced talks” with the O2 arena, where they are planning to stage shows that would net him £5-million each.

A spokesperson for his agents, the Outside Organisation, revealed: “It is only at discussion stage but if it comes off it will be amazing.”

The singer was involved in a damaging child-sex trial four years ago and although ultimately cleared of all charges, he became a near recluse thereafter. Insiders reveal that this is his last chance to become an international star again.

A source commented in The Sun: “It’s his last chance to hit the jackpot so he can pay a large slice of his debts. Michael feels enough time has passed for the public to forgive the scandals.”
