Actress Kate Winslet says she will prepare a speech for the Baftas in an attempt to avoid the teary one she gave at the Golden Globes.
The 33-year-old who bagged two gongs for ?Revolutionary Road? and ?The Reader? has received two Best Actress nominations at this year?s Bafta ceremony, which takes places on 8 February.
Winslet told The Daily Star: "Some people apparently haven?t been very nice about it, but luckily I?ve been in America where they?ve said very nice things.
"I?m so excited to be included this year. There are some stunning performances out there so to be up there with those heavyweights is amazing.
"I?m still genuinely overwhelmed and shocked. I was very, very shocked and I still am. But my sister had a baby last week, on Wednesday, so we?ve all been very preoccupied."
