'Vanilla Sky' actress Penelope Cruz is set to burn up the screen with her racy dance routines in the upcoming big-screen musical 'Nine'.
The Spanish beauty plays the role of Carla Albanese, the mistress of film director Guido Contini, who is played by Daniel Day-Lewis. Cruz shines as she shows off her singing and dancing skills in the film.
She was quoted in The Mail as saying: "I have been training like crazy for the dance routine."
'Nine' includes a stellar cast including esteemed actors Nicole Kidman, Kate Hudson, Judi Dench and Sophia Loren.
Cruz said of the cast: "Sophia has been amazing, I have learned so much from her and she has been like a mother to me. We have all been getting on so well."
Rob Marshall, who is known for his work on 'Chicago', is directing the film.
