Nicole Scherzinger sparked a fight after storming off stage during a performance.
The Pussycat Dolls star was said to be angry about the quality of the sound at Hollywood club The Viper Room and cut the group's appearance short after just one song, a rendition of recent hit 'When I Grow Up'.
A source said: "It's one thing that annoys her more than anything. The sound guy then got upset with a coordinator at the venue and a full fist fight later broke out."
Meanwhile, Scherzinger has received an unusual gift from boyfriend Lewis Hamilton — a ticket for the first commercial space flight.
The 23-year-old Formula 1 ace wanted to thank Scherzinger (30) and his family for their support during his championship winning racing season, so reportedly splashed out on the Virgin Galactic trip at a total cost of #625 000.
A source said: "Lewis thinks it would be the perfect way to say thank you to Nicole and his family for everything they did for him throughout his triumphant year."
The singer recently spoke of her pride at seeing Hamilton take the Formula 1 title last month.
She said in a post on video sharing website YouTube: "I'm so excited I feel like I'm on top of the world right now. Why? Because I want to congratulate my boyfriend Lewis Hamilton for being the official Formula One world champion! Congratulations baby — I love you, I love you, I love you.
"And anyone who's not a Formula 1 fan then go be a Formula 1 fan, and all you Formula One fans out there — be a Pussycat Doll fan, yeah."
Scherzinger (30) and Hamilton began dating earlier this year after first meeting at the 2007 MTV Europe Music Awards in Munich, Germany.
