Solange Knowles won't tour without a rider.

The singer — the younger sister of former Destiny's Child star Beyonce — admits there are certain items she cannot do without when on the road.

She said: "I can't go on tour without a great rider. I don't have much time to eat, but I ask for juices, fruit, Gatorade and salads. I like to eat at Nobu35 after the show."

Knowles — who is set to accompany Beyonce on her upcoming world tour — also reveals she only goes on tour if her entourage and a nanny join her.

The pop star, who has a four-year-old son, added: "I need my entourage. I travel with my band, two dancers, my stylist and road manager. My son Julez travels with me, so I need a nanny to come with me to look after him while I'm on stage.

"I also like to listen to music, like Boards of Canada and The Cool Kids, before each show. If I get the chance, I go for a run, too."
