Angelina Jolie is reportedly the favourite to play the female lead in 'The Thomas Crown Affair 2', but she will have to put on some weight for the part.
The 33-year-old screen beauty, who gave birth to twins on 12 July, may not have to lose her pregnancy weight too quickly, as she is required to be a bit heavier for the new film.
A source told The Daily Mirror: "Ideally they want Angelina to put on two stone for the role. It is going to be very physically demanding which is why they want her to carry the extra weight.
"They don't want a reprise of what happened with 'Wanted', where she was fainting and they had to take her costumes in.
"She was also slated for being too skinny to portray an action woman, and for 'Thomas Crown' they want a convincing female lead.
"Hopefully, she will take them up on it — a few extra pounds wouldn't hurt her."
The movie is the sequel to 1999's 'The Thomas Crown Affair', which co-starred Pierce Brosnan and Rene Russo.
It is rumoured to be alternatively titled 'The Topkapi Affair', and will be produced by Brosnan.
