Jacob Israel and Louis Minnaar have been selected as finalists for the Imago2008 film festival for the music video for Jacob Israel's 'Her Narnian Horse Analogy'. Imago2008 is an international film festival hosted in Portugal and to raise enough money to get there and represent South Africa, they've organised a "fund raiser" show.

It happens at Tings an' Times in Pretoria on 4 September with a line-up that looks like this:

  • Mtkidu: Jhb kids that bring the glitch live.
  • Yesterday's Pupil: One of Pretoria's finest who you may have seen at Oppikoppi.
  • Jacob Israel: The guy whose music video it is.
  • Mr. Knowbody: Glitch DJ that brings the exquisite music you love listening to in secret to the dancefloor.
  • Data Takashi & Sassquatch: Jhb's finest duo aims to make you shake your money maker and more.
  • Ajax: Rapper extraordinaire who will be popping in and out to perform some tracks.
  • And the video launch for 'Her Narnian Horse Analogy'.
There's also a free album to the first 100 through the door. Bring a flash disk to grab some free music.
