One of Madonna's tour trucks overturned in Sweden.

The Girl Gone Wild singer is currently working her way across Europe on her MDNA tour, but things were thrown into crisis yesterday (3 July) after a vehicle carrying the sound system for the concerts overturned, damaging equipment and injuring at least one person.

The truck was driving toward Gothenburg in the South West of the country at the time of the accident, during rush hour, and the crash blocked parts of the highway.

Police said three cars were damaged, and equipment was thrown into the road.

It is not yet known if the accident will affect the singer's scheduled show in Gothenburg tomorrow (4 July) night.

Christopher Akesson, a spokesman for Live Nation, the tour's organiser, told the Daily Telegraph: "We are working to prepare for the concert.

"I suspect that if there was anything serious, we would have had information about it by this time."
