Kelly Clarkson is taking her 'All I Ever Wanted' Tour global, announcing new international dates, with three performances scheduled for South Africa in March 2010.
Advance tickets are available to members of her fanclub today and tomorrow (www.kellyclarkson.com) before going on sale to the general public on Friday. However, a Google search has yielded a direct link to the Computicket booking page. Click here to book for Kelly Clarkson now.
Locally, the tour starts on Friday 12 March at the Coca-Cola Dome in Johannesburg, before moving into the ICC Durban Arena on Sunday 14 March and finally Cape Town at the Grand Arena, GrandWest on Wednesday 17 March 2010.
The international tour kicks off in Dublin, Ireland on 5 February and continues through April, covering 26 markets in the United Kingdom, Belgium, Germany, Holland, Switzerland, Denmark, South Africa, New Zealand, and Australia.
Clarkson has sold more than 20 million albums since her 2002 debut. Her current 'All I Ever Wanted' release shattered records, with the lead single 'My Life Would Suck Without You'. The song earned Clarkson her first #1 single in the UK.
Locally this lady, who shot to fame when she was pronounced the winner of the first season of 'American Idols' has seen three number ones on 5FM's Top 40 chart, with 'Already Gone' currently shooting up the chart.
Concert attendees can expect to hear the latest hits from the tour's namesake album, along with her signature pop anthems such as 'Since U Been Gone' and 'Because of You'.
