South African rock 'n rollers Taxi Violence have returned from their three week mini-tour of Europe.
The tour, the most extensive the band has undertaken to date, mainly covered Germany and the Netherlands. The whiskey-guzzling, poker-playing quartet played in towns such as Essen, Sliedrecht, Den Helder, Dusseldorf, Herten, Chemnitz, Weimar, Berlin, Heiligenhaus and Wuppertal.
"I can honestly say that Taxi Violence has learnt many lessons on this trip," said drummer Louis Nel.
"We've come back a different band. A better band. You realise just how much there is to be done before you can safely say that you are ready to live this life. A life of rock 'n roll. It entails so much more than I thought it would, but I have no regrets. Already looking forward to Europe 2010."
Taxi Violence will be touring nationally and performing at the following venues:
