Blame the weather and the roadworks — Coke Zero Fest moves venues in Cape Town and Jozi.

The show in Joburg on Friday 10 April will be moving to the lush green hills of Riversands in Fourways, Johannesburg. The move comes as a consequence of extensive rain that Gauteng has experienced in recent weeks. Moving the Johannesburg venue allows organizers to better accommodate the needs of this massive production.

The venue will be open from 7am, the festival site will open at 10.30am and parking will be available on-site. Fans are strongly advised to get there early to avoid traffic congestion and queues.

In Cape Town, incomplete road works at the Ostrich Farm (the main access road to the farm won't be complete by the day of the show) means the show on 13 April will be held at Lourensford Wine Estate, in Lourensford Road, Somerset West.

Festival-goers who have already purchased tickets to Coca-Cola Zero Fest 2009, do not need to change their tickets, as these will be accepted at the new venues.
