Rumours are doing the rounds that Queens Of The Stone Age frontman Josh Homme started a new side project with Led Zeppelin member John Paul Jones and Foo Fighters singer Dave Grohl.

According to music sources, the trio is locked in a studio and hard at work on an album.

Homme's wife Brody Dalle, who was the singer of punk group The Distillers, said she can't talk too much about it. 'I'm not at liberty to talk about it... but I think (the project) is pretty fu**ing amazing. Just beats and sounds like you've never heard before," she told Antiquiet.com.

"It's a secret, actually. I shouldn't have even said that, you know? There are some exciting projects coming up, let's put it that way," Jones said in an interview earlier with Women's Wear Daily.
