Disney has revealed that funnyman Robin Williams will be starring in their Touchstone Pictures comedy 'Wedding Banned'.

According to Variety: "Williams will play one-half of a long-divorced couple who kidnap their daughter on her wedding day in order to keep her from making a mistake. The divorced parents rekindle their relationship as they elude cops and the angry groom."

This will be the second Disney film starring Williams in a row, as he will be seen in 'Old Dogs', starting November, which also stars veteran actor John Travolta.

The script for 'Wedding' was written by Jack Amiel and Michael Begler last year, and Mandeville's David Hoberman and Todd Lieberman are slated to produce.

Amiel and Begler were also responsible for the comedies 'Raising Helen' and 'The Shaggy Dog', while Mandeville most recently produced films like 'The Proposal', 'Beverly Hills Chihuahua' and the upcoming 'Surrogates'.
