Katy Perry kissed a girl — and that went very well for her. Now she's kissing a boy, and there are those who don't think that's going to be as successful.
Katy's dating wild-haired, fond-of-pissing-people-off comedian Russell Brand, whose former girlf Georgina Ballie has just weighed in publicly on the romance. That Brand is hardly known as a one-woman man — not least of all because he's notorious for talking about the (very many) women he's shagged.
Still, Russell seems to be something of a romantic at heart. He and Katy just took a trip to Thailand together, after which he admitted to having fallen in love with her. Aww.
But Brand's ex Ballie has a few sobering comments for Katy.
"Everyone knows you don't date Russell Brand seriously," says the ex.
"Russell likes the idea of having a serious relationship, but when you've got all these different flavours of ice cream offered to you on a plate, you're not going to stick with vanilla, are you? I don't think he's capable of monogamy."
Ouch. Can't be what Perry wants to hear. But Russell might not be all that bad a bet. After all, if his ex was truly concerned with Katy's well-being, rather than getting back at Brand, she could have, you know, spoken privately to Perry, rather than going the tabloid route.
No more tabloid snaps of a very pregnant Heidi Klum, now that she's just given birth to her and Seal's fourth child, and second daughter, Lou Samuel. And no more Heidi-in-maternity wear pics in the future, either.
"I think that it's a wonderful experience to be pregnant, definitely," says Klum, "but you have to look at what you can do, and four children is a lot! It's a big family."
Seems the supermodel and her musician husband will be quitting now that they've got their quartet of kids.
What I just can't understand is how little Lou wasn't twins. Huge twins. Did you see the size of Heidi these last few weeks? In fact, I wouldn't really have been surprised if she'd been carrying triplets. Or a beachball.
No baby news yet for 'True Blood's on- and off-screen couple, Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer — but I'm sure that as soon as those two get married the baby-watch will start. What else are celebs good for?
I'll tell you what — getting themselves into unfortunate Bennifer situations.
Yup, Paquin and Moyer are taking the brave/dumb-as-a-post step not only of starring together on TV, but on the big screen, too.
The 'True Blood' thing they can hardly help, seeing as they met each other on the show. But a real-life couple headlining the same movie? Unwise.
