American president Barack Obama, apparently. The US prez beat out even Brad Pitt (who came in second) and David Beckham (in third) on luxury shirt makers Thomas Pink's list of the world's Most Stylish Man.

Amazingly, Andy Warhol managed some serious style from beyond the grave, grabbing a commendable eighth place, despite having been dead for quite some time.

No prizes at all for current rom-coms if the veritable queen of the genre, Sandra Bullock, has her way.

"They're not funny, they're not romantic, they're not written well for women anymore," says the frequent rom-com lead. "It was basically all crap. I did the last good one. I'm done."

Okay, that does sound somewhat egotistical, but it's still somewhat true. Bullock was referring to her turn in that legendary 2002 romantic comedy 'Two Week's Notice', with Hugh Grant — and, frankly, good rom-coms have been pretty thin on the ground since then.

Trouble is, many reviews are claiming that Sandra's new flick 'The Proposal', with Ryan Reynolds, isn't really a comedy that just happens to have some romance in it.

Though both Sandy and the director want to claim it's no rom-com, critics claim it goes for every cliché of the genre — including even the mad dash for the airport at the end. Sigh.

Now, Kate Winslet's latest movie 'The Reader' is anything but a comedy, but the actress still had some rather amusing experiences in preparing for the nude scenes her role required...

"The film is set in the 1950s," explains Winslet. "I couldn't just have a landing strip! I had to grow the hair down there."

Then, disaster!

"But, because of years of waxing, as all of us girls know, it doesn't come back quite the way it used to. They even made me a merkin — a wig — because they were so concerned that I might not be able to grow enough."

Pubic hair wigs, being hung up on repeatedly by designers — who says the life of a star isn't glamorous?

Still not convinced? As a star, you even get to amuse the public with your personal relationship problems.

Jennifer Aniston was just honoured with a Crystal Award at the Accepting Women in Film awards ceremony, for her contribution to promoting women in Hollywood. Instead of the usual "I have to thank..." litany, though, Jen took a somewhat different approach with her acceptance speech.

"I'm trying to be more careful than I have been in the past about the titles of movies that I choose to be in. It's funny — I kind of noticed something a couple years ago that there seemed to be this strange parallel to the movies I was doing and my life off screen."

"It started with, well: 'The Good Girl'. Then that evolved into 'Rumour Has It', followed by 'Derailed', and then there was 'The Break-Up'. And then on the lighter side was 'Friends with Money', which I felt was a bit on the nose."

This might work out, though, said Aniston — if she can find the right project.

"So, if any of you have a project titled 'Everlasting Love with an Adult, Stable Male'..." You know, I think that should be the next rom-com Hollywood comes out with. I think plenty of people would pay to see that one!
