Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series
Our winner: Tina Fey ('30 Rock')
Actual winner: Toni Collette ('United States of Tara')

We thought this was a sure bet. Almost everyone in the newsroom was convinced that Tina Fey had it in the bag. No questions asked, points for jam. Humph. Our tea leaves were apparently a little mucky, as Toni Collette snatched the little golden statuette in the biggest upset of the night. Our only consolation? That pretty much everybody else was as surprised as we are.

Outstanding Host for a Reality Show
Our winner: Jeff Probst ('Survivor')
Actual winner: Jeff Probst ('Survivor')

Who else could it have been? Jeff Probst was among the first, and he remains among the best. Most of the reason I watched 'Survivor' was for his catch-phrases and his attempts at being the hard-core reality television host. The tribe has spoken? and Jeff Probst has laid claim to this award for the second time running.

Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series
Our winner: Christian Clemenson ('Boston Legal')
Actual winner: Michael Emerson ('Lost')

Michael Emerson was handed the second Emmy of his career for his portrayal of the mysterious leader posing as an average guy. Is he villain? At the end of the day, he may even be a good guy. The writers and producers have had a field day with Emerson, and he bagged his award for his pivotal character in 'Lost'.
